Kendriya Vidyalaya Daporijo was established ion 06th August 2019 under KVS Tinsukia Region..It is administered by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, an autonomous body functioning under the Ministry of Education , Government of India. Kendriya Vidyalayas are in the forefront in moulding the future citizens to the highest academic perfection along with character and personality . KV Daporijo also offers education in a unique and friendly manner that encourages innovation, creativity and critical thinking in children. With a team of dynamic, efficient, and dedicated staff, the students discover fresh challenges and new experiences every day to face academic and personal challenges and to develop skills in a supportive learning environment.
Since its inception, it is striving towards providing quality education to its students. In the session 2020-21, the school is being run for students from Std.-I to Std.-VIII Only one section is available for each class.
The Vidyalaya is currently located in the temporary accommodation provided by the Sponsoring Agency at Daporijo in Upper Subansiri District of Arunachal Pradesh .It is about 277 km east of Itanagar, the capital of Arunachal Pradesh. The school campus is in the lap of nature. Subansiri river flows very close to the school which is a branch of Brahmaputra river. The school is surrounded by eastern extension of the Himalayas. The confluence of the river and the hills creates a very enchanting landscape that provides a supernatural and serene to the school campus It offers education in a safe, friendly and unique style that encourages innovative, creative, independent thinking of children in addition to building their skills -academically, physically and personally.
Since its inception, Vidyalaya is striving towards providing quality education to its students.The Vidyalaya is having classes I to X in single section in this academic session (2023-24) and will grow , by adding the next higher class every year.
